Jeffrey M. Barnes

Jeff Barnes is a founding member of our firm. Jeff is a graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence.

While at Temple University, Jeff served as a staff member of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. Jeff received his Bachelors of Science in Finance with a specialization in International Business from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.

Jeff is licensed to practice in all Georgia trial courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Jeff practices in the areas of business & real estate litigation, family law, general civil litigation and criminal defense. Jeff also serves as general counsel for several Atlanta-based businesses and hotels. Jeff combines tenacious litigation skills with his background in finance and business to provide far-reaching, comprehensive representation to his clients.

 

Jennifer L. Lehr

Jennifer Lehr is a founding member of our firm. She is a graduate of the Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where she earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence.

While at Barry University, Jennifer was a member of the Moot Court Program and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Jennifer received her Master of Arts in English, specializing in English Literature, at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

Jennifer is licensed to practice in all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, family law, and will, trusts & estates.

Jennifer is also a member of the State Bar of South Carolina.
