Jennifer L Lehr joined the firm in 2009 as a partner.  Jenn is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and South Carolina. Jenn’s practice focuses primarily in the area of immigration law. Prior to joining the firm, Jenn was a managing attorney at the largest real estate law firm in the southeast.  She has also worked in the fields of banking and education, where she taught Freshman Composition at the University of Central Florida and worked as an English lab instructor to college students for whom English is a second language at Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida.  Her diverse educational and employment background, along with her experience and knowledge regarding various cultures and nationalities, combine to help her provide her clients with compassion and understanding while navigating the treacherous waters of the United States immigration system. Jenn focuses on a holistic approach when evaluating potential immigration pathways available to her clients in order to get them maximum benefits at the lowest cost as quickly as possible.

In her time as an immigration attorney, Jenn has lodged successful family petitions, adjustment applications, DACA applications, unlawful presence waiver requests, U Visa applications, naturalization and TPS applications.  She has also succeeded in obtaining cancellation of removal for her clients in immigration court.

Personal

Jenn is a college football fan and is a season ticket holder for the University of Florida’s football program.  She enjoys traveling to Gainesville in the fall to watch her Gators play in The Swamp.  She is mother to a baby girl, Selene, who was born in September, 2014.  She has traveled extensively and has enjoyed many amazing experiences, including swimming in the Seven Sacred Pools on the island of Maui.  In her spare time, Jenn enjoys attending concerts and spending as much time as possible with her daughter, as well as reading and volunteering in the community as a Citizens Review Panel Member in Cobb County and with the Junior League of Atlanta, of which she is a member.
